Privacy & Cookie Policy

1. Who is responsible

Charmi L.L.C. is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

• Analytics, only if you accept cookies. Pages you visit, time on page, how you arrived (for example a link or search), approximate location (country, region and city), device type, browser, operating system, screen size and language. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
• When you email us. Your name or handle, email address, channel link, your game and emulator, and anything else you include in your message.
• When you order. The details we need to build, deliver and support your layout, and basic billing details. Payments are handled by the payment provider through the payment link; we never see or store your full card number.
• Preferences in your browser. Your cookie choice and, on the streamers page, your light or dark theme. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

3. Cookies and similar storage

Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie notice. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load at all.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

4. Why we use your data

• Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Answering your messages and preparing quotes. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Building, delivering and supporting your layout. Legal basis: our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Accounting, tax and legal duties. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Keeping the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the site and our business: Google (Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited) for analytics, our hosting and email providers, and the payment provider used for your order. They process data on our behalf or under their own policies.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Some providers process data in the United States. For visitors in the European Economic Area, transfers to Google rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Analytics: up to 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it.
• Emails: as long as needed to answer you, and up to 2 years after our last contact.
• Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to 7 years.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time; this doesn't affect anything done before. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@charmi.us.

If you're in the European Economic Area, you can also complain to your data protection authority. In Spain, that's the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

If you live in the United States, including California: we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can ask us what we hold about you and to delete it.

8. Children

Our sites aren't directed to children under 13, or under 14 in Spain, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you more prominently, for example with a notice on the site.
